These Terms and Conditions govern you (“the Customer”) use of the LJS Investments (Reg. No 2020437508) trading as Educational Toy Warehouse (“the Company”) website located at the domain: www.educationaltoywarehouse.com (“the Website”). By accessing and interacting with this website, the User agrees to the Terms and Conditions contained below. Should you not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not use this website.
Order process
The prices payable for our goods are set out on our website and are listed in South African Rands inclusive of VAT. Goods ordered will be invoiced at these prices plus a delivery charge as applicable at the time the order is placed.
If the Company is unable to clearly establish the customer’s delivery address, an order cannot be accepted. In the event that there is a fault on the website, through programming, hacking, or whatsoever reason, the Company is not bound by the terms of its offer.
Payment Options
All Payments are processed via PayFast.
Delivery policy
The Company will deliver to the address submitted on the order, provided that the courier is able to locate the address.
We have a lead-time of 2 days and a delivery time of 2 days.
It is the responsibility of the Customer to check that the correct contents have been received and to check the parcel(s) on receipt and to immediately notify us if there is damage.
If the goods delivered by the Company are not what was ordered or have been damaged through the delivery process or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, please inform us of the problem via e-mail to orders@educationaltoywarehouse.com within two business days from receipt of the goods.
The Company shall have no liability where goods were not received, where the courier service is unable to deliver because you, the Customer, is unavailable to receive the goods at the address specified on the order.
As required by section 44(1) of the Electronic Communications Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECT) we allow for the cancellation of any purchase of goods within seven (7) days after the date of receipt of the goods. The cost of returning the goods to us will be for your account unless the goods were received damaged.
Return & Refund Policy
Goods will only be considered for return if they are received by the Provider in their original packaging within 7 days of notification.
Products on sale or on special promotion may not be returned or exchanged.
